
Refund Policy
Unfortunately all wigs are final sale. There will be NO REFUNDS and/or EXCHANGES. Please make sure you read all of the products description and ask all questions before purchasing.
In cases where the order is wrong on our end, we will accept a return and/or ship the correct order. However, product must be in the same condition that it was sent (NO CUT LACE, NO WASHING, NO STYLING, NO PLUCKING, ETC.) If the wig has been altered, no exchanges will be made and the wig will be returned to customer.
Shipping Policy
Ready to ship wigs will be shipped the next BUSINESS DAY from the time of purchase. If there is a delay in shipping, one will be notified in advance. Pre-Order Wigs take anywhere from 7-21 BUSINESS DAYS to be completed and shipped. All other item will be shipped as soon as possible. Once package is shipped via USPS, it can take anywhere from 2-7 business days (HOWEVER DUE TO COVID-19 SOME SHIPPING HAS BEEN DELAYED) . Please note that once USPS takes possession, Shalice Rivers Hair Collection is no longer responsible for the packages, therefore Shalice Rivers Hair Collection is not responsible for any USPS delays.
